Detailed shot list of opening scene.

In this blog post I will finalise the shots/distances/ editing, techniques I will be using in my opening scene.

Brief rundown of opening scene.
Up and coming rugby player with massive potential, ends up with a life changing injury, doctors saying he's never going to walk again, rugby career ruined. However he miracle recovered from his injury and ends up playing at the final game of the season.

Production of film
Fades from black in to ES, TIME on the top right of the screen 6:43

ES: Of foresty area
ES: Of field in the morning misty, one end to the other.
ES: of changing room
MS: Of max with a big bag, hoodie
SS: Shot from the side of max and bag
HAS: From on top of the changing room of max walking in, follows him walking in
CU: Turning lights on
HAS: Top of the corridor him walking underneath
SS: Camera in room, Maxs walks past
HAS: Max walks into the room, puts his bag down etc. Takes phone out and plays music out loud (diegetic music)
CU: Opens his bag takes shoes out
CU: slightly low angled shot, Muddy boots in the foreground max in the background. Potentially includes blurry background so you can just see boots then foreground becomes blurry and you can just see max.
Dissolves
LS: of door of the building, max then walks out


LS: Inside of the corridor (Floor level)
LS: Shot off inside of the empty changing room, Cloths in noticeable places
CU:Rugby jersey with team emblem on it
CU: Of rugby ball
CU: Of tapping of the hands, knees
CU: Of muddy boots on the floor. Hand comes in and takes the boots, Camera is positioned in front of the door. We see the person turn his feed and walk out of the door. (Floor level shot)

LAS: Walking though the same hall way, this time the cameras at the bottom to show power etc

MS: From behind I'm walking towards the pitch.
